How quickly can someone move in?
Move-in ready from day one. Subject to availability, same or next day move-in can often be arranged.

Itemised invoices with tariff, utilities and cleaning listed separately, in whatever format suits your accounts team. Consolidated invoicing across multiple placements can be arranged for ongoing corporate clients.

What are the minimum and maximum stay lengths?

Yes. All stays are covered by $20m public liability insurance.
